Contact
Write to us to correct a listing, suggest a clinic or surgeon that is missing, or manage the page of your own clinic.
A detail that has changed
If a clinic has moved, changed its phone number or opening hours, stopped offering a treatment or closed, email info@docaesthetics.co.uk with its name and city. We will check it and update the listing.
A clinic that is missing
If you know an aesthetic clinic, laser clinic, hair transplant clinic or cosmetic surgeon that is not on the list for its city, send us its name and address. We will look at it against the same criteria as every other clinic, the ones set out in “How we select”.
If the clinic is yours
The business area, linked from the top of every page, lets you claim your clinic’s page, keep its treatments, opening hours and contact details up to date and see the visibility plans. If your clinic is not listed yet, ask us to review it from there.
We cannot give medical advice
We cannot answer questions about your skin, your hair, a treatment or a result, and we cannot tell you which clinic to choose. Please do not send us photos or medical details. If you have a problem after a treatment, contact the clinic that treated you or your GP, and call 999 in an emergency.
A complaint about a clinic
We do not handle complaints about the clinics listed here. Raise the matter with the clinic first. If the person who treated you is a doctor, nurse or dentist, you can report concerns about them to the GMC, NMC or GDC. You can also tell the regulator of a registered clinic about the care you received there, such as the Care Quality Commission in England.
